Sorry guys I really need to rant and vent about this. My shopping experience at Valley Girl was horrible!
Warning: Involves Medium swearing. (S***, B***h and F-word.)

Okay, so I bought a $60 jacket at Valley Girl for my mum on Mother's Day. Their jackets only go up to size 12, we didn't know that, so mum receives it and it doesn't fit just around the arms and chest. We go back to exchange it for a bigger size, we find out about the no size 12+ for jackets. The lady then tells us we can't get our money back and must exchange it within 7 days for something else. We looked around and we had no luck, everyday for the next seven days after school I'd have a look. I had my eye on a cute white puffy vest with fur around the neck of it. At the end of the week, I decided to ask them to hold on to it for me. Yesterday (Saturday) we went in and asked if we could get a credit voucher (meaning we could hold the $60 worth for 3 months) so we gave them the jacket and did that. I told my mum that I had my eye on that vest and in the end we decided to buy it. Went up to the registers and went to pay for it,
"Oh sorry, the voucher isn't working. Sometimes it takes 24 hours for it to work, maybe I can hold it for you to come back tomorrow?"

So we ended up coming back on Sunday (today) went to try it on, yep it fits all good. I spot some jeans I like, there is only size 8 and 12, no size 10. I try them both on anyway, can't fit size 8 over the calves and size 12 is pretty much falling off. No surprise here size 10 is Michael Mc-Doesn't-Exsist. (Valley Girl needs to CREATE some sizes, no size 14 or 10 exsit in the database!)

So I decide I'll just get the vest, just about to fork over the voucher when I notice, SHIT theres a pen mark on this. So in the 24 hours that I left it there someone had put a pen mark on the back of it (my hair would cover it up and it would probably wash out, but I didn't want to tell them that, because I was so pissed.) I go to the registers and point it out.
She said "Sorry, we can't mark the price down for you, maybe there is another one?"
I said back "No there isn't. That's the last one, there isn't even another one in another size or colour." (Which was true)
So she said, "Okay, well if you do buy it, and the pen doesn't come out, you could come back and exchange it for something else?"

(In my head: F***! LADY! This is what we JUST DID for the jacket!!! I am sick of exchanging, give me my money back, everything in here looks like shit!)
In reality; "Alright, I'll buy it and if no luck, I'll exchange it."

We pulled out the voucher and surprise, it didn't work again. The lady made up wait 20 minutes for a phone call to the manager, just our luck she doesn't pick up. The lady at the counter decides that she'll just keep the voucher, give us the vest and $20 from the till and provide proof. Which was a total relief! So went home and now I just have to wash the bloody thing. I hope that mark comes out, because I do NOT want to go back there.
Worst shopping experience ever!
